UPDATE

We are notifying all of our customers that Yauk’s Specialty Meats- our former processor – was shut down by the USDA, and a recall of some of our beef lot #’s 3091 through #3339 with establishment #20309/P20309 was affected.

The USDA said that product should be set aside to wait for the final results of the investigation. FYI there has been no illness associated with this recall.

Once we have the official results we will let you know whether to destroy the product or if it is deemed safe.

We have a new processor doing all of our processing – Innovative Foods. They are processing all of our beef and we have plenty of new, great products for your enjoyment.

We will keep you informed and updated as we know more.
