In the upcoming months we will be phasing out of the retail portion of our business in order to focus on selling whole sides to restaurants and private custom orders of ¼’s and ½’s of beef.

**We will have retail portions of steaks, roasts, and ground beef available at a first come first serve basis until our inventory is liquidated.** STOCK UP NOW- while supplies last.** Get ready for grilling season!**

  2. 1 tablespoon butter
  3. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  4. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
